9500 Mixer Mincer

The Thompson 9500 Mixer Grinder is a high-production industrial processing machine designed to deliver greater throughput without significantly increasing floor space. Built for demanding daily production environments, it combines a 280mm Ø HECS High Efficiency Cutting System, a powerful 37kW variable speed mince drive, and an integrated 5.5kW mixing system to support consistent grinding, efficient blending, and stable product output.

The machine is equipped with PLC & HMI touchscreen control, giving operators clear control over machine functions, while remote access capability allows faster diagnostics and technical support when required. Features such as the reversing feedscrew, deboning attachment, level sensor, inspection mirror, job crane attachment, and interlocked fold-up inspection step improve usability, maintenance access, and production flexibility.

With its polished bowl, polished paddle, robust stainless-steel construction, and quality componentry, the 9500 Mixer Grinder is built for long service life, low maintenance, and reliable performance in high-volume meat processing operations.
